How long is the RWA Gold package valid for?
The RWA Gold package is valid for 12 months. This means that the package structure remains active for a 12-month period from the moment of purchase or activation, depending on the product terms.
What happens during the 12-month period?
During the package term, the customer participates in the RWA Gold structure according to the product terms. Package information may be displayed in the customer’s account or backoffice.
Customers are advised to periodically check their package details in their account and keep the documents related to the purchase.
Does the package renew automatically?
No. The RWA Gold package does not renew automatically.
After the 12-month period ends, the customer decides what to do next.
What can the customer do after the package term ends?
After the 12-month period is completed, the customer may choose an available option according to the product terms:
- receive distribution in physical gold;
- receive distribution in tokenized form, if this is provided by the terms;
- purchase a new package if the customer wants to continue participation.
Can the customer buy a new package after the term ends?
Yes. If the customer wants to continue participation after the 12-month period ends, they may purchase a new package, provided that this option is available under the current product terms.
The new package is created separately and is not an automatic continuation of the previous package.
Where can the customer check the package term information?
Package information should be checked in the customer’s account or backoffice.
If the customer cannot see the package term, expiration date, or related details, they can contact AURUM Support.
What should the customer prepare for support?
If the customer has a question about the package term, it is better to prepare the following information in advance:
- AURUM account email;
- package number or package details, if displayed;
- purchase or activation date of the package;
- screenshot from the account or backoffice;
- short description of the question.
